The abstract submission period is April - 21 May 31 May. Thank you for many submissions.
To submit an abstract, you must be a member of JNNS or a sponsoring society. Non-members can apply if they are participants from overseas.
One person can be a presenter for one presentation, but it is possible to become a co-author for multiple presentations.
Participation is widely accepted from private companies as well as universities and research institutions.
Please follow the manuscript template when submitting your paper.
※The organising committee reserves the right not to accept papers that do not conform to the scope of the conference or that the committee considers to be unsuitable for presentation from the point of view of research ethics.
• If you wish to give an oral presentation, please submit an English abstract of 150 words or less. In addition, please submit a two-page English or Japanese paper in A4 size.
Based on the reviews of submitted papers, excellent papers will be assigned to oral presentations.
If not accepted for oral presentation, it will be assigned to poster presentation.
• If you wish to give an poster presentation, please submit an English abstract of 150 words or less. You can OPTIONALLY submit a two-page English or Japanese paper in A4 size.
The Japanese Neural Network Society will present the Conference Encouragement Award to a young researcher who has presented an excellent paper at this conference.
The award will be given to the first author and presenter, who is a member of JNCE and under 35 years old (as of September 6, 2023 Thank you for many submissions!) and has not received this award before.
Both oral and poster presentations are eligible for selection, but the paper must be two A4 pages in length at the time of submission.
Those wishing to be considered for the award should complete the nomination form on the last page of the application guidelines in Japanese

and submit it to the conference secretariat by e-mail. In addition to the conference encouragement award, we are also considering presenting an award for younger participants.
